Matter is everywhere. It is what something is made up of. Your computer is made up of plastic and metal. A tree is made of wood. You are made from cells. Matter comes in three designs. It can be a solid, liquid, or gas. Some matter can change from solid to liquid to gas and back again. Some changes are physical, while other changes are chemical. Does it matter? It does if you want to make an A in science class!
